Brighton Partners is a private equity investment
firm focused on smaller, middle-market companies with sales revenue
of $5 to $50 million
The principals seek to make "control" equity investments in later
stage companies located in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest
Galbreath & Company and the principals of Brighton Partners
provide up to $5 million of capital for each investment. In the
event a transaction requires additional capital, Brighton Partners
will seek co-investment participation from other investors
