Mr.
Broos developed his operations expertise at Booz-Allen & Hamilton,
working with a diverse group of manufacturing, distribution
and financial services companies. While with Stringer, Wyatt
& Williams, he initiated the leveraged buyout of Altama Delta
Corporation, the leading manufacturer of military footwear
Mr. Broos joined Galbreath &
Company in 1995 and led its turnaround effort as the company's
Chief Operating Officer. In 1997 he negotiated the company's
merger with LaSalle Partners and has continued to represent
the Galbreath family in numerous real estate and private equity
acquisition and divestiture transactions
Mr. Broos is a graduate of the
University of Georgia and The Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania
Before joining Brighton Partners,
Mr. Horner worked for Arthur Andersen where he was part of
a team that provided a wide range of tax and accounting related
consulting services to corporate clients
Mr. Horner earned BS and MS
degrees from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Tuck
School of Business at Dartmouth
Before
joining Brighton Partners, Ms. Fry was a manager in the strategic
finance group at Ernst & Young. She has also worked as
a senior associate with Willamette Management Associates,
a valuation consulting firm
Ms.
Fry is a graduate of the University of Richmond and earned
an MBA from Tulane University
